Jake's middle name is very fitting. He has been going bow hunting with Daddy the last few weeks. Tonight, he was telling me about some of the deer they saw. He told me they saw several does and also one big one with horns.
I asked, "What are the ones with horns called?"
He looked at me like I was crazy and said, "Deer."

Just so you know. Jake informed me this morning that he's probably gonna get a "bow" for his birthday, but if it's expensive he'll get it for Christmas...Santa can bring it. He's always got a solution doesn't he? :)

Jennifer used to always ask Santa for the expensive stuff because he could afford it--must be genetic.

I'm sure you're right...he did say it probably cost $50.00 so I'm sure he knows Santa could afford that. He's too cute.
