In honor of my 10th wedding anniversary, I am making 10 resolutions for 2009.
(In no particular order)
1.) Pray more; worry less.
2.) Read a book or play a game with my kids every day.
3.) Show appreciation for all the things my husband does for our family.
4.) Feed my body with good food (no more candy bars with peanut butter slathered on top or saltines spread with icing).
5.) Buy a new Bible that is easier to understand and READ IT!
6.) Save money and quit buying things we don't really need.
7.) Exercise regularly. (Note to self: Once every few weeks does not constitute "regularly.")
8.) Be crafty--I always have lots of ideas for what I could make/do, but I never seem to get past the idea phase.
9.) Cook more and be patient with my little chefs who want to be a part of every step of the process.
10.) Enjoy my family instead of worrying about schoolwork, laundry, dirty bathrooms, and floors that need to be vacuumed.

You go, girl!!
I suggest the Adventure Bible like I bought Sadie. It is NIV and it has lots of interesting "nuggets" of information to keep you interested. I've enjoyed thumbing through it.
I'm ready for us to be crafty--
Hey Jennifer...Melissa (Colson) Culwell here. I have kept up with you through our mom's and your sister-in-law. Brandi is Maude's (our daughter) ballet teacher. I saw your comment on Trey's blog and thought I would say "hi" Wow that was a lot of info for a hi.
Excellent resolutions. All of them are good, but as for #5 ... GET IT! Don't wait.
You have a beautiful family. Oh, and watchout for that Melissa Culwell girl ... she's a little odd. (only kidding).
Melissa-
Thanks for stopping by. I get a few updates on you guys through my grandmother. You mom visits with her in the nursing home. I wish we were close enough for Brandy to be Josie's dance teacher too. :)
Trey-
Thanks for the encouragement! You are so right about #5!
Great list!
